Cancellation Policy

To accommodate an increased community demand for veterinary services, and to serve those with most urgent needs, all cancellation and reschedule requests must occur 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Clients who fail to contact our office within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee for the first occurrence; a second occurrence is a $50 fee and prepayment will be required for future services.

Additionally, clients who are running late for their scheduled appointment should call our office as soon as possible to let us know they will be late. Our appointments are closely scheduled so that we may serve as many patients as possible. You may be asked to wait or reschedule for a later opening.

Boarding Policy

Boarders must be up to date on all vaccines at least 7 days prior to boarding. For canines this includes having both Flu vaccines, Distemper Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies.  For felines this includes Rabies, FVRCP, and Felv/FIV test.  If vaccines were given at another facility, then these records need to be provided at least 7 days prior to the boarding reservation.

Complimentary baths for boarders will only be available for dogs staying two consecutive nights and are leaving on a weekday.

Please note the boarding hours for drop-off Monday – Friday are 7:30 until 5:15. For weekends, pick-up/drop-off hours are strictly at 8am or 5pm, ONLY Saturday and Sunday.
