Are you accepting new clients?
Yes. Palmetto Animal Clinic welcomes new clients and their pets. Call or text our team to ask questions or schedule an appointment. Please read our What to Expect page before your visit.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are preferred to reduce wait time and ensure doctor availability.
What type of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, credit card, and care credit.
We do not offer payment plans and full payment is due at end of visit.
What are your regular clinic hours?
Palmetto Animal Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday are closed, with weekend boarding pickup and drop-off available at 8am and 5pm only.
Do you offer Urgent Care
Yes. Palmetto Animal Urgent Care is available at the same Southport Road location during separate evening and weekend hours. Please call, if possible, before coming so the team can help determine the best next step for your pet. Walk-Ins Welcome.
Urgent care hours are Monday–Friday 5pm–11pm
and
Saturday–Sunday 8am–11pm
